I sent this poem to your site.... My question is why did it change and have a copy right of 1998 on it like the woman in the pic is the one that did it?

Please give me some insight because I have more poems but I refuse to send them if this is what happens to them.

In speaking to the issue of altering your material, we are sorry if you were unaware of this process. However, there is not a publishing house in the world, that does not edit its submitted material. If you are planning to submit your material professionally, please become accustomed to this fact.

In closing we would be remised, if we did not add that our site is totally free to the reader and devoid of advertising any kind. For, profit and self-promotion are not our goals. Our people are ... There are plenty of sites that have these self-image boosters, which spread names and not thoughts. That's not what we are about here.
